OPA Members to Vote on By-Laws Changes

A proposal to amend the OPA By-Laws is on the agenda at the OPA Annual Business Meeting. The goal is to provide opportunities for the association to grow as well as become a stronger voice for Oklahoma newspapers and general news media. The by-laws were last amended in 2011.
