OPA offers Photo ID Press Cards to OPA member publications only.

These press cards are perfect for reporters, photographers and any other staff members at your news organization.

The hard, plastic badges – usable for a calendar year – feature your mugshot, along with your organization's name and phone number. A clip at the top of the card makes it easy to attach to a lanyard, clothing or camera bag. It is provided in a plastic sleeve for extra protection.

Orders MUST come from the publisher, general manager or editor of a member news organization.

Standard cardstock non-photo Press cards are still available for free to OPA members.

To order photo ID press cards for your staff, provide their names and photos and submit payment via credit card or checking account (ACH). Press cards will be processed quickly upon receipt and payment.  

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING ID PRESS CARDS

  1. Staff member names will be printed exactly as you submit them.
  2. Submit mugshot files as follows:
    File Name: LastName,FirstNamePhoto.jpg (ex: DoeJohnPhoto.jpg).
    Crop photo tight to show face and neck.
    File Size:     Submit 300 DPI at least 2 inches X 2 inches.
    Format:     JPEG, CMYK or RGB
  3. Upload mugshot(s) when submitting your order.
  4. Pay online with credit card or checking account (ACH) when submitting your order.

Please enter one card at a time. There is room to order up to nine cards. If you want to purchase more than 9 photo IDs, please submit this form then complete the form again with the additional names.
After submitting this form, you'll be directed to the Online Store to: (1) enter the quantity of photo ID press cards you've ordered and (2) pay by credit card or e-check (ACH). Your order cannot be processed until payment is received.
